This is the privacy policy of Doubble Sugar, LLC d/b/a Be-Picked, operator of the Credibility Generator platform at credibilitygenerator.com and app.credibilitygenerator.com. Section 16 covers Google user data specifically.

Be-Picked (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect data when you use the Credibility Generator platform (“Platform”).

2. Important Notice for Regulated Professionals

If you are a healthcare provider, attorney, or other regulated professional:

You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws, including but not limited to HIPAA, state privacy laws, and professional ethical rules.

The Platform is not designed to store or process protected health information (PHI) or other highly sensitive regulated data.

You agree not to input, upload, or process PHI or confidential client information through the Platform unless you have independently ensured compliance with applicable laws.

We do not act as a Business Associate under HIPAA unless explicitly agreed in a separate written agreement.

16. Google User Data

This section applies only if you choose to connect a Google account to the Credibility Generator platform. Connecting Google is optional and the rest of the Platform works without it.

a. Scope we request

When you connect Google, you are asked to grant the Google Business Profile management scope:

We request this scope because it is the narrowest permission Google offers that allows an application to list the Business Profile locations you manage and to create posts on the location you select.

b. How we use Google user data

Google authorization tokens are encrypted at rest and retained only while your connection is active. We retain location identifiers and basic location details only as needed to publish and to display your publishing history.

d. Sharing and limits on use

We do not sell, rent or trade Google user data. We do not transfer it to third parties for advertising, market research, credit assessment, lending, or the training of generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models. Google user data is shared only with the infrastructure providers that host and operate the Platform on our behalf under contract, or where disclosure is required by law.

e. Human access

Our staff do not read your Google user data, except where you give explicit consent so we can resolve a specific support request you raised, where access is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, or where we are required to do so to comply with applicable law.

Limited Use. Credibility Generator's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

f. Revoking access and deletion

You can disconnect Google inside the Platform at any time, and you can revoke our access directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions. When access is revoked we stop calling Google APIs on your behalf and delete the stored authorization tokens. Posts already published to your Business Profile remain on your profile, because they were published under your own account, and you can remove them there. To request deletion of remaining Google derived data, email contact@be-picked.com.
